Energy Engineer
In this position, the Energy Engineer will work primarily in the provided utility workbooks to develop HVAC, Lighting and Refrigeration projects to reach max incentive levels for the customer. You will also work directly with our Account Managers to develop project proposals that they can present to the customer.

Sales Account Manager
In this position, the Sales Account Manager will be integral for networking, nurturing, developing, and targeting commercial customers to participate in energy efficiency projects. Since M&M is an approved Trade Ally with utility companies, we help commercial customers obtain incentives to upgrade their lighting, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment in their facility up to a staggering 70-80% incentive of the total project cost, while the utility will offer 0% financing for the remaining customer portion. In this position, the Marketing and Advertising Administrator supports M&M’s internal account managers by performing various tasks, including social media content, project case studies, and event planning for energy efficiency projects for commercial businesses. M&M is an approved Trade Ally for Utility companies to assist in their incentive programs. This role will be integral in showcasing our company and how we are assisting commercial businesses and excelling in our role to assist Utility companies with their energy-saving goals.
